MDD AT SCHOOL
Music, Dance and Drama (MDD) is one of the most exciting and enriching activities in our school. It gives learners an opportunity to discover their talents, express themselves creatively, and build confidence while having fun.
At our school, MDD is more than just singing songs or performing dances. It is a platform where every child is encouraged to participate, learn new skills, and appreciate the rich cultural heritage of Uganda and beyond. Through music, learners develop listening skills, rhythm, teamwork, and self-expression. Dance promotes physical fitness, coordination, and discipline, while drama helps children improve their communication skills, creativity, and confidence in public speaking.
Throughout the year, our learners actively prepare for school performances, cultural celebrations, assemblies, and Music, Dance and Drama festivals. These activities teach them the importance of dedication, cooperation, and respect for one another as they work together to create memorable performances.
We are proud of our talented pupils and the commitment of our teachers who continue to nurture these gifts. Every performance reflects the hard work, creativity, and enthusiasm of our learners.
